On behalf of the Local World Inc. team, I am pleased to announce two exciting developments in our service portfolio and leadership team.

At the beginning of 2020, we welcomed 15-year-Salesforce-veteran, Michael Fazio, as our Head of Professional Services. Before joining Local World Inc., Michael led internal systems strategy as the Senior Direct of Product for Enterprise Solutions at Fair.com. He also served as the Senior Engagement Manager/Delivery Lead at FMT Consultants, helping clients to utilize the Salesforce platform to transform antiquated process landscapes into automated, digital-age workflow environments. In addition to his multiple certifications, Michael holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

With Michael at the helm of our Department of Professional Services, Local World Inc. now offers full Salesforce.com implementation services to small and medium-sized businesses in addition to its suite of temporary consulting and permanent placement services.

These services will include end-to-end implementations and optimizations in the following Salesforce.com disciplines:
